Telehealth Support For Parents and Caregivers

Therapy in Alaska and Idaho | Coaching Nationwide

Therapy

Available to residents of Idaho & Alaska

  • Telehealth only

  • $150 per session (50–60 mins)

  • Sliding scale available

  • Most insurance accepted in Alaska

  • Trauma-informed, relational, parent-focused care

Note: Therapy is only available in states where I am currently licensed. Coaching is an option for everyone else.

Coaching

Available to clients nationwide

  • For parents, caregivers, and helpers wanting support without a diagnosis

  • Flexible, collaborative, insight-driven

  • Focused on values, boundaries, burnout, and the realities of raising humans

  • Self-pay only (coaching is not covered by insurance)

Think of this as grounded guidance for the in-between spaces: not clinical, but absolutely transformative.

Consultation & Professional Support

Supporting the Emotionally Employed

In addition to therapy and coaching, I offer consultation for professionals who work with families: home visitors, early educators, care coordinators, and anyone navigating the tangled web of helping systems, or as I like to call us, “the emotionally employed.”

This is reflective, human-centered support.
Not supervision. Not compliance.

Just a space to unpack the emotional labor of holding others, and to reconnect with your why.

Field Notes for Family Work, a curriculum and community for real-world helpers — is in the works.

Emergencies & Crisis: I do not provide on-call or emergency services. If you, or someone you care about, are experiencing a life threatening emergency or mental health crisis, call 911 or visit your nearest hospital’s emergency department. For non-emergent crisis, call the 24/7 National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or text Home to 741741 to connect with a crisis center.
